Frequently asked questions
Is IronShield free?
Yes. All core features are free. A few extras are marked as premium in the command list.
Which permissions does the bot need?
The invite link requests administrator permissions so every module works without extra setup. You can restrict them afterwards — some modules will then stop working.
What data is stored?
Server settings and the IDs needed for the features you enabled. If you remove the bot, the related data is deleted within 14 days. Details are in the privacy policy.
Does music work via YouTube?
No. YouTube now blocks bot access server-side, so playback runs via SoundCloud — search and queue work as usual.
German or English?
Both. The bot can be switched per server with /sprache, this site and the dashboard with the EN toggle at the top right.
Who helps when something breaks?
The support server — or /supportcall right inside your own server, which opens a line to the team without switching servers.
